The Upload Attachments stage is the sixth and final step in the RFP submission workflow.
In this step you can add supplemental files to the request. Completing the step submits your RFP response.
Purpose
The Upload Attachments step allows vendors to:
Add supporting files that give the buyer context on the submission.
Complete and submit the RFP response.
*Note: Attachments are optional. If you have nothing to add, continue to complete your submission.
What To Attach
Use this step for supplemental information only — a market overview, audience research, production notes, or a spec pack that applies across your submission.
"Please only attach supplemental information here. Any proposals sent through as attachments will not be considered."
Your pricing, unit data, images and spec sheets must be entered in the earlier steps. Attachments are not read as inventory, and additional units cannot be added here.

Adding An Attachment
Click Add attachment.
Browse for your file.
Add a short Description so the buyer knows what it is.
Click Upload.
The file appears in the Attachments list. Repeat for as many files as you need.
*Note: Files the buyer attached to the request appear on Step 1: Review RFP, not here. This list shows the files you have added.
Submitting Your RFP
When your attachments are in place, or if you have none to add, click Save and Continue in the top-right corner of the page.
Because this is the last step, this completes your submission. Your units are created on the campaign and the request is submitted to the buyer.
After You Submit
You are returned to the Review RFP page, where:
The button in the top-right now reads Task completed.
The workflow steps are locked and can no longer be edited.
The request moves from Open requests to Completed requests.
*Note: RFP details cannot be edited after submission. If you need changes, contact your Account Manager — see How To Re-Open An RFP.
To download a copy of what you submitted, see How To View Submitted RFPs.
