How To Re-Open An RFP

Why a submitted RFP can no longer be edited, and how to get one reopened if you need to correct pricing or add inventory.

Completing the final step of the workflow submits your response. The request is then marked complete and moves to Requests > Completed requests, and the button at the top of the workflow reads Task completed.

At that point the details can no longer be edited.

If you need an RFP reopened — to correct pricing, swap a unit, or add inventory you missed — contact your Account Manager. They can reopen the request so you can make changes and resubmit.
