Optimizing your inventory improves the quality of your submissions and increases the likelihood of your units being considered for relevant RFPs.
Keeping your inventory complete, accurate, and descriptive gives buyers the information they need to evaluate your assets properly.
1. Keep Unit Information Accurate And Up To Date
Review each unit to confirm all information is current. Pay particular attention to:
Latitude and longitude
Pricing
Any other key unit details used for planning and evaluation
Accurate data ensures your inventory appears correctly in the right searches and planning workflows.
2. Add Previous Advertisers
Use the Previous Advertisers section to list brands that have previously run on the unit.
This gives buyers helpful context on the types of campaigns the unit has supported, and can strengthen confidence in the placement.
3. Upload Strong Unit Photos
Your unit images should clearly show the unit itself while also capturing the surrounding environment. Good photos:
Clearly show the face of the unit
Provide visibility into the surrounding traffic patterns
Highlight the overall impact and positioning of the unit
4. Include A Thorough Unit Description
Each unit should have a clear, detailed description that provides useful context, such as:
Notable location details
Visibility or traffic insights
Unique characteristics of the unit
Anything else that communicates the value of the placement
The more complete and informative the description, the easier it is for buyers to assess the opportunity.
Important To Note
Incomplete, outdated, or vague inventory details may reduce the likelihood of a unit being selected for an RFP.
To maximize performance, regularly review your inventory and update unit data, photos, advertiser history, and descriptions as needed.
