Written by AQ Help Desk

A high score indicates that your units include all the critical data needed for buyers to plan and purchase effectively.

Overview

Your company’s inventory is evaluated based on the completion of essential data fields that influence buyer decision-making. Maintaining healthy, complete inventory improves visibility, speeds up transaction times, and increases sales opportunities.

How the Score Is Calculated

Each unit begins with a score of 10. Points are deducted based on the impact of missing data for that unit. The average of all individual unit scores forms your overall Inventory Health Score displayed in the dashboard.

Example: A unit missing an image (high impact) will receive a larger score deduction than a unit missing an installation cost (low impact).
