How To Review My Inventory Health Score

What the Inventory Health Score measures, which missing fields cost you the most, and how to fill the gaps from the Inventory Health tab.

Written by Zachary Cuva

The Inventory Health Score measures how complete your company's inventory data is on AdQuick. A high score means your units carry everything a buyer needs to plan and purchase, which means they show up in more plans and transact faster.

How The Score Is Calculated

Every unit starts at 10. Points come off for missing data, weighted by how much that field matters to a buyer — a unit missing an image loses more than one missing an installation cost. Your overall score is the average across all your units.

The three High-impact fields are where to start. Images, pricing, and impressions are what a buyer filters and compares on, so a unit missing any of them is effectively invisible.

The Inventory Health Tab

The Inventory Health tab in your navigation bar gives you a consolidated view of your data quality and identifies what is missing across three categories, each with its own tab:

  • Data

  • Images

  • Spec Sheets

A summary at the top of the page shows your missing-data totals, with each figure corresponding to one of the three tabs.

Filling In Missing Data

On the Data tab, a grid lists every unit with missing or incomplete information.

  1. White cells are the fields needing attention.

  2. Complete each white cell and click Save & Update.

  3. A cell that saves successfully turns green.

*Note: The grid uses the same validation logic as the RFP flow, so anything rejected here would have been rejected on a submission too.

Adding Missing Images And Spec Sheets

Units missing images appear under the Images tab, and units missing spec sheets under Spec Sheets. In both cases:

  1. Click + Add Images or + Add Spec Sheet next to the unit.

  2. Upload a file, or paste a direct URL. Images must be .jpg or .png.

  3. Click Save.

To apply the same spec sheet to several units, select them using the checkboxes on the left, click Bulk Add Spec Sheet, upload your file or URL, and click Save.

When The Score Updates

Data changes take effect as soon as you save them. The Inventory Health grid and your score refresh nightly at 12 AM PST, so the number itself will not move until the following day.

What This Grid Cannot Do

The Inventory Health grid is for completing missing data only. It cannot modify fields that already have a value.

To change existing data, use the Browse or Inventory tabs — see How To Manage Inventory.
