How To Add Inventory To An RFP Without A Grid

Adding units to an RFP straight from your Inventory tab instead of filling in the grid, and what to do if your inventory is not loaded yet.

Written by Zachary Cuva

With your inventory set up in your AdQuick profile, you can add units to a proposal with no grid work required.

Add inventory to an RFP

  1. Go to the Inventory tab and select the unit(s) you want to propose.

    • Pro tip: use filters to narrow your list to the RFP brief — market, media type, size and so on.

  2. Click Actions > Add To RFP.

  3. Pick the request from the Open RFPs list and click Save.

  4. Click Click to see supplier task to jump to the RFP and complete the remaining steps.

*Note: The list shows open requests assigned to you. If you expect a request and can't see it, check with your Account Manager that it's assigned to your user.

**Note: This fills in the inventory data we already hold. You still need to work through the remaining steps to set pricing, dates, images and specs.

Don't see your inventory, or the Inventory tab?

Email vendors@adquick.com with the inventory you'd like loaded. Our team will send you the import template, load your units, and confirm once they're available.
