How To Add Inventory To An RFP Without a Grid

Written by AQ Help Desk

With your inventory set up in your AdQuick profile, you can quickly add units to a proposal no grid work required.

Add inventory to an RFP

  1. Go to the Inventory tab and select the unit(s) you want to propose.

    • Pro tip: Use filters to refine your list based on the RFP brief (market, media type, size, etc.).

  2. Click Actions > Add to RFP.

  3. Choose the open RFP from the list and click Save.

  4. In the pop-up, click the RFP link to jump to the RFP and complete the remaining submission details.

Don’t see your inventory (or the Inventory tab)?

If the Inventory tab isn’t visible or your units aren’t listed:

  1. Download the inventory import template (downloads an Excel file).

  2. Send the completed template to vendors@adquick.com.

  3. Our team will notify you once your units are updated.
