How Your Inventory Appears To Buyers

How your inventory appears to buyers on AdQuick, who can see it, and how to edit pricing or units individually or in bulk.

Written by Zachary Cuva

AdQuick is a unified marketplace for out-of-home media owners, whether you manage one billboard or a hundred thousand. This covers how your inventory appears to buyers once it is on the platform, and the questions media owners ask most often about it.

How Your Inventory Appears

Your units show up in two places. Tiles sit alongside the map and carry the key details at a glance. Clicking a tile or a map pin opens the full unit modal, which shows media type, rate card pricing, impressions, images, location, and dimensions.

Who Can See My Inventory?

Users on your company profile, plus approved advertisers, brands, and buyers.

What Do Buyers See?

When browsing, buyers see your rate card price, impressions, images, and basic unit details: type, size, and location. When you respond to an RFP, they also see the 4-week negotiated price you submitted for that campaign.

Can I Change Pricing?

Yes, at any time. Update it directly in the unit modal, or in bulk through the inventory import template.

Can I Edit My Inventory?

It depends on your role:

  • Editing existing units requires the admin role on your company profile. Supplier contacts cannot edit units. Admins open a unit modal and find the Edit button in the lower left.

  • Creating new units is open to both admins and contacts, once your company profile is fully submitted.

*Note: If you need edit access, ask an admin on your account, or email vendors@adquick.com.

Can I Add Or Edit Inventory In Bulk?

Yes, using the inventory import template:

  1. Go to the Inventory tab.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Select Inventory Export to download your current data.

  4. Update the template, then email it to vendors@adquick.com.

I Operate Transit Inventory. How Do I Upload Moving Units?

Every unit needs latitude and longitude coordinates to import, which is awkward for media that moves. Transit operators normally create one unit per market or DMA and assign coordinates for that area rather than trying to represent a route. Current versions of the import template include a DMA coordinate listing to help you pick valid ones.
