Out-of-home (OOH) advertising is one of the most visual forms of media, so high-quality photos are essential to selling your inventory effectively.
The Images tab in AdQuick allows you to easily upload, organize, and manage your unit images to ensure your listings look their best.
Getting Started
Select a Unit
Click on a unit from your inventory list.
Then, click Edit to open the unit details.
Tip: Only profile admins can edit units.
If you need edit permissions, contact your profile admin or email vendors@adquick.com.
Open the Images Tab
Once inside the unit editor, click the Images tab.
Uploading Images
You can add images in two ways:
Upload from Computer
Click the Upload button to select a file, or drag and drop images directly into the window.
Supported formats: JPG and PNG
Multiple images can be uploaded at once.
Upload via URL
Paste a direct image URL in the provided field, then click Upload via URL.
Notes:
Only direct image URLs are supported. Links to file management systems (e.g., Google Drive) will not work.
To create a direct image link, try free tools like CloudApp, or right-click any image on your website and select Copy Image Address to paste into the field.
Managing Images
Reordering Images
Drag and drop thumbnails to rearrange the image order.
The image in position 1 (Main) will be the primary display image for that unit.
Remaining images will appear in the image carousel in the order you set.
Deleting Images
Click the trash bin icon below a thumbnail to remove an image from the unit.
What Makes a Great Photo?
To make your units stand out to buyers, follow these best practices for unit photos:
High quality: The unit should be clearly visible and easy to identify.
Horizontal orientation: Use a 4:3 or 16:9 ratio. (Vertical images will be cropped.)
Active ad content: Whenever possible, show an actual advertisement on the unit.
Context shots: Include approach shots that show surroundings such as roads, traffic, or pedestrians.
No overlays: Avoid ride sheets, photo sheets, or text overlays in the image.
