How To List Inventory On AdQuick?

Register your OOH company on AdQuick and upload your first inventory file — the three-step signup flow and what each step needs.

Register your out-of-home (OOH) company to list your inventory on AdQuick. It is quick, easy, and free to get started.

Registration has three stages: Create Account, Upload Inventory, and Confirm & Submit. A progress bar at the top of the page shows where you are.


Getting To The Registration Page

  1. Enter your business email in the field provided.

  2. Click Get Started.


Step 1: Create Account

Complete the User Profile form:

Enter your full name — both first and last name are needed.

Company

Your media company's name. This becomes your account name on AdQuick.

Email

Pre-filled if you entered it on the previous page. Use your business email.

Phone

Optional

If you enter one, it must be a valid phone number.

Password

Click Next to continue.

*Note: Your password must be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. It also has to pass a strength check, so avoid common or easily guessed passwords. See How To Optimize Your Browser And Account Security.


Step 2: Upload Inventory

You will be prompted to upload your inventory file. Format your inventory to match our template before uploading.

Download the template from the registration page, or from these articles:

File requirements: inventory files must be .XLSX or .CSV.

*Note: Include photo sheets and spec sheets for every unit. These can be uploaded as separate PDF or image files — make sure the filenames match your Face IDs.

Once your files are attached, click Next.


Step 3: Confirm & Submit

  1. Review your information.

  2. Click Confirm and Submit to finalize your registration.

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration and inventory files have been received.

Our team completes your setup and notifies you when your inventory is live on the platform.
