Inventory Definitions

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field in the inventory template.

Use these definitions to ensure your data aligns with AdQuick’s platform validation rules.


Core Identifiers

Face ID / Supplier Face ID*

  • A unique identifier for each unit. May include letters, numbers, dashes, dots, or slashes. Must be unique across your inventory.

Geopath Panel ID / Tab Panel ID

  • A numeric value assigned by Geopath to identify a measured panel or spot. Only one Geopath ID is accepted per unit.


Basic Information

Name / Intersection Name*

  • A short description of where the unit is located.

Description*

  • A long-form description highlighting what makes the unit valuable — nearby landmarks, audience characteristics, or traffic insights.

Size*

  • The height and width dimensions of the unit.

Latitude*

  • The decimal degree latitude coordinate (range: –90 to 90).

Longitude*

  • The decimal degree longitude coordinate (range: –180 to 180).


Performance & Pricing

4-Week Impressions*

  • Total number of impressions the unit receives over a four-week period.

4-Week Rate Card*

  • The market value of the unit for a four-week period.

4-Week Price / 4-Week Negotiated Price*

  • The actual cost to book the unit for a four-week period.


Costs & Production

Installation Cost

  • The cost to install one creative asset on the unit. Required for static units.

Production Cost

  • The cost to produce one creative asset for a unit. Required for static or forced-production units.

Forced Production

  • Indicate Yes or No. Use Yes when the media owner manages printing or creative production for the unit.


Unit Attributes

Rationale / Unit Notes

  • Additional descriptive notes or campaign-specific details for RFPs.

Screen Type (Static or Digital)*

  • Indicates whether the unit is a static display or a digital screen.

Unit Type*

  • Specifies the product category (e.g., Billboard, Transit, Street Furniture, Airport, Wallscape, Retail/Venues, Wildposting, Windowscape, Alternative).

Unit Subtype*

  • A more detailed description of the product type. Example: a Billboard may be subtyped as a Poster.


Visibility & Placement

Facing / Direction*

  • The direction the unit faces (e.g., North, South, East, West, Multiple).

  • For units with multiple orientations, use Multiple.

Read / Orientation*

  • Describes the unit’s orientation relative to traffic.

    • RHR: Right-hand read

    • LHR: Left-hand read

    • CR: Center read

*Note: For non-roadside inventory, use CR.

Illuminated / Illumination*

  • Number of hours per day the unit is illuminated.


Digital Unit Details

Spot Length (in seconds)

  • Length of one ad play on a digital unit (required for digital).

Number of Slots (Digital Only)

  • Total number of ad slots available on the digital screen.


Media & File Links

Link to Image

  • A direct URL to an image (must end in .jpg or .png).

    • ❌ Links to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or file-sharing URLs are not supported.

    • ✅ Direct image URLs or uploads via the platform are accepted.

Spec Sheet Link

  • A direct URL to a spec sheet (PDF, JPG, or PNG format).

*Note: Dropbox, Google Drive, or Box links are not supported; upload files directly to AdQuick instead.


Restrictions & Categories

Has Restrictions (Y/N)

  • Indicate whether the unit has landlord or usage restrictions.

Restrictions Description

  • If restrictions exist, describe them.

*Note: Restrictions display in red alongside the unit in the platform.

Cannabis Friendly (Y/N)

  • Indicates whether the unit can carry cannabis-related advertising.

  • Media owners must follow all applicable state and local regulations (e.g., distance from schools or places of worship, 21+ audience).

Previous Advertisers

  • A comma-separated list of brands that have previously advertised on the unit.
