What inventory does AdQuick have access to, and how does sourcing work?

The breadth of AdQuick's inventory across formats, markets, and vendors; how multi-vendor aggregation works; and what happens when inventory looks thin in a market.

Written by Zachary Cuva

AdQuick is a marketplace that aggregates OOH inventory from media owners across the US and internationally, spanning every major format: billboards, transit, airports, street furniture, wildpostings, digital place-based screens, and more.

How is inventory aggregated?

Media owners list their inventory with AdQuick directly, and additional supply is accessible through programmatic connections. When you browse or receive a proposal, you're seeing units across many owners in one view, priced and bookable in one transaction. AdQuick coordinates with each vendor behind the scenes, so you sign one contract and receive one invoice regardless of how many owners are in your plan.

Does AdQuick cover every market?

Coverage is national across the US with substantial international reach. Depth varies by market: major metros have deep multi-format supply, while smaller markets may have fewer listed options. If what you see in a market looks thin, that usually means additional inventory exists but isn't yet listed; your AdQuick team can source units directly from local operators on request.

Direct vs. programmatic inventory: what's the difference?

  • Direct: Booked with the media owner for your specific units and dates. Guaranteed placement.

  • Programmatic: Digital inventory bought through automated channels, with more flexibility to start, stop, and adjust delivery.

Both are available through the platform, and many plans mix the two.

Can I see which media owners are included?

Yes. Proposals list the media owner for each unit, and you can request inventory from specific owners or exclude specific owners from your plan.

How current is availability?

Availability is refreshed continuously but is ultimately confirmed with the media owner at booking. If a unit's status changed since your proposal was generated, your AdQuick team will flag it and suggest comparable alternatives before anything is contracted.
