How does AdQuick work with media vendors, and what about my existing vendor relationships?

How AdQuick's vendor relationships operate, whether buying through the marketplace conflicts with your direct vendor relationships, and how vendor exclusions work.

If you already have direct relationships with OOH vendors, the natural question is how AdQuick fits without creating conflict or duplication.

How AdQuick relates to vendors

AdQuick holds direct commercial relationships with media owners: listed inventory, negotiated terms, and operational contacts for avails, booking, creative approval, and verification. When you buy through AdQuick, AdQuick is the counterparty to each vendor on your behalf.

Does using AdQuick undercut my existing vendor relationships?

No, and you keep full control of the mix:

  • Keep buying direct where it works. Your Lamar relationship for your home market can continue untouched while AdQuick covers everything else.

  • Exclude vendors from AdQuick plans. If a vendor should only ever come through your direct relationship, exclude them from marketplace proposals.

  • Or consolidate. Many buyers eventually route direct-relationship vendors through AdQuick too, for one contract, one invoice, and unified reporting; the vendor still gets the booking.

Am I disadvantaged with a vendor by going through the marketplace?

Vendors receive the booking and the revenue either way. Rates through AdQuick reflect its aggregate purchasing relationships, which are typically at least as strong as an individual advertiser's direct rate. If you believe you have a superior direct rate somewhere, use it there and use AdQuick where you don't.

Who do I contact when something involves a vendor?

Always AdQuick. Vendor coordination (avails, creative approvals, installation issues, makegoods) is handled for you; that's a core part of what the platform does. You never need a vendor's ops contact.

Can I see which vendors are behind my plan?

Yes. Every unit lists its media owner, and plans can be filtered or built around specific vendors.
