Downloadable Inventory Template

The AdQuick Inventory Grid Template, what each tab is for, and how to fill it in so the upload validates first time.

Written by Zachary Cuva

Download the AdQuick Inventory Grid Template at the bottom of this page to add or update inventory in bulk. The template mirrors the platform's validation rules, so filling it in correctly is what gets your upload through first time.

Tab 1: Template - Smart Fields

Carries the smart field validation rules that match the platform's entry requirements.

  • Use the drop-down lists to pick valid entries rather than typing your own.

  • Check the Magic Sheet tab for the full list of acceptable values.

  • Always choose the most specific option that fits — vague categorization is what makes inventory hard for buyers to find.

Tab 2: Template - With Descriptions

Definitions and examples for every column. Read the description before entering data in an unfamiliar column, and follow the example formatting so your submission stays consistent.

Tab 3: DMA Metadata

A reference for media owners listing transit, experiential, or packaged media. Every listing needs latitude and longitude, and this tab gives you the correct DMA coordinates so your inventory geolocates into the right market.

See How To List Moving Or Mobile Inventory for how to apply them.

Tips For A Clean Upload

  • Check every required field is filled and formatted correctly before sending.

  • Do not add or rename columns. The template is parsed by column, so a renamed header fails the whole file.

For definitions of every column and the accepted values, see Inventory Definitions.
