How To Optimize Your Browser And Account Security

Supported browsers for AdQuick, plus the password requirements and how SSO accounts differ.

Written by Zachary Cuva

For the best platform performance and account protection, use a supported browser and follow secure password practices.

Recommended Browsers

For optimal site functionality, use the current version of one of the following:

  • Google Chrome (preferred)

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

Keeping your browser up to date matters. AdQuick is built for recent browser versions, and older ones may not render parts of the platform correctly.

Password Requirements

Your AdQuick password must meet all of the following:

  • At least 12 characters

  • One uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character

  • A strength score of at least 3 out of 4, which rejects common and easily guessed passwords

Keeping Your Account Secure

  • Use a password manager (such as 1Password) to generate and store a strong, unique password.

  • Do not reuse a password you already use on another site.

  • Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes, so nobody at AdQuick can read your password.

*Note: Because we cannot read your password, we also cannot recover it for you. If you forget it, use Forgot your password? to reset it.

If Your Company Uses SSO

If your organization signs in with single sign-on (SSO), AdQuick does not store a password for your account and the Security settings page is not available to you.

Password rules, resets, and multi-factor authentication are handled by your company's identity provider.
