Welcome to the AdQuick Inventory Guide! Whether you manage one billboard or one hundred thousand, AdQuick provides a unified marketplace for all out-of-home (OOH) media owners across every product type.
What Does My Inventory Look Like on AdQuick?
Your inventory appears on the platform in two main formats: Tiles and Modals.
Tiles
Tiles appear alongside maps and display key unit information at a glance.
Users can click either a tile or a map pin to open the full unit modal.
Modals
When a unit is selected, a modal opens displaying detailed information such as:
Media type
Rate card pricing
Impressions
Images
Location and dimensions

Only users associated with your company profile, as well as approved advertisers, brands, and buyers, can view your inventory.
What Inventory Can Buyers and Brands View?

Rate card price

Images
Basic unit details (type, size, and location)
When you respond to an RFP, buyers will also see your 4-week negotiated price specific to that campaign.
May I Change Pricing?
Yes. Pricing can be updated at any time through the inventory modal or bulk import template.
May I Edit Inventory?
Yes.
Admin users on your company account can edit inventory.
When an admin opens a unit modal, they’ll see an Edit button in the lower-left corner.
Can I Bulk Add or Edit Inventory?
Yes. You can add or update inventory in bulk using the inventory import template.
To download it:
Go to the Inventory tab.
Click the Reports button.
Select Inventory Export to download your current data.
Update or complete the template, then email it to vendors@adquick.com.
I Operate Transit Inventory — How Do I Upload Moving Units?
Each unit must include latitude and longitude coordinates for import.
Transit operators typically create one unit per market or DMA and assign coordinates for that area.
New versions of the import template include a DMA coordinate listing to help identify valid locations.
