Overview
The Package Template Creation Flow allows media owners to create reusable packages when responding to an RFP. Packages can be built from scratch or from existing templates, and newly created packages can be saved for future use.
How to Access Package Creation
Navigate to the Ad Inventory section within the RFP flow
Click the Package button
Choose one of the following options:
Add from Template
Create Package
How to Create a New Package
Select Create Package
Complete all required fields (marked with a star), including:
Dates
Name
Description
Rationale
Enter:
Price for the duration
Impressions for the duration
Select a Market
Latitude and longitude will auto-populate based on the selected market
Coordinates can be adjusted if needed
Click Continue
How to Configure Units
You have two options depending on unit availability:
Option 1: Specific Units Unknown
Enable Provide Specific Units
This will grey out the unit section
Proceed without defining exact units
Option 2: Define Units Manually
Select a Media Type and Subtype (e.g., D6 under Retail or Venues)
Add:
Unit count
Dimensions (width and height)
For digital units, include:
Total number of spots
Spot length
How to Add Assets
Upload Photos of the package
Upload Spec Sheets
Multiple files can be added if needed
How to Review and Save as Template
In the Review step, confirm all package details
(Optional) Select Save Package as New Template
Click Create Package
What Happens After Creating a Package
The package is added to the Ad Inventory section of the RFP
All entered data carries over to:
Unit Details
Upload Images
Upload Specs and Attachments
How to Use a Package Template
Click Add from Template
Select a previously created template
Review and edit details as needed
Important
Packages created from templates cannot be re-saved as new templates
The Packages section displays created packages, not templates
Editing a package will update the version shown in the Ad Inventory section
Uploaded images and spec sheets will automatically carry over into later RFP steps
Final Step
Complete the remaining RFP steps:

Upload Images
Upload Specs and Attachments
Select Save, Continue, and Submit as normal
