How To Reset Your Password

How to reset your password from the login page, and what to check if the reset email does not arrive.

Written by Zachary Cuva

If you cannot access your account, you can reset your password yourself from the login page.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Click Forgot your password? beneath the login fields.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Click Send me password reset instructions.

  4. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.

Reset Links Expire

A password reset link is valid for 24 hours.

*Note: If you request several resets, only the most recent link will work. Use the newest email in your inbox.

If Your Company Uses SSO

If your organization signs in with single sign-on (SSO), AdQuick does not store a password for your account, so no reset email will ever be sent. This is one of the most common reasons a reset email appears to be missing.

Sign in through your company's SSO option instead, and contact your IT administrator if you cannot get in.

If The Email Does Not Arrive

Reset emails usually arrive within a few minutes, and almost always within 1 to 60 minutes. If yours has not appeared, check:

  • Your spam or junk folder

  • Email filters or corporate firewalls

  • Typos in the email address you entered

  • Whether you are using the same address your AdQuick account was created with

Still Nothing? Contact Support

Contact support and include:

  • The email domain you are using — for example, ___@company.com

  • The approximate time you requested the reset

Support will help you restore access as quickly as possible.
