Overview
Users can update certain personal account details, such as their name, profile picture, and password, through the Settings section of the platform. However, email addresses cannot be changed directly by the user and must be updated by an administrator.
Accessing Account Settings
Log in to your account.
In the top-right corner, select your name.
From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
You will now be able to access and manage your personal account settings.
Updating Your Name or Profile Picture
Within the Settings page, you can update basic profile information.
From this section you can:
Edit your name
Add or update a profile picture
Once your updates are made, save your changes.
Changing Your Email Address
Important
Your email address cannot be changed directly from the Settings page.
If you need to update your email address:
Contact an Admin on your account.
The Admin will need to send a new account invitation to your updated email address.
Updating Your Password
To change your password:
Navigate to the Security section within Settings.
Enter your new password.
Save your changes.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet the following criteria:
At least 8 characters
Include uppercase and lowercase letters
Include at least one number
Include at least one special character
Cannot be a common or reused password
If the password does not meet these requirements, the system will not allow the changes to be saved.
