You can update your own account details — name, profile picture, and password — from the Settings section of the platform.
Email addresses are the exception: they cannot be changed by the user and must be updated by an administrator.
Accessing Account Settings
Log in to your account.
In the top-right corner, select your name.
From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
You can now access and manage your personal account settings.
Updating Your Name or Profile Picture
From the Profile section you can:
Edit your name
Add or update a profile picture
Save your changes when you are done.
Changing Your Email Address
Your email address cannot be changed from the Settings page.
If you need to update it:
Contact an Admin on your account.
The Admin sends a new account invitation to your updated email address.
Updating Your Password
Navigate to the Security section within Settings.
Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
Select Save Changes.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet all of the following:
Requirement | Detail |
Length | At least 12 characters, and no more than 128. |
Uppercase | At least one uppercase letter. |
Lowercase | At least one lowercase letter. |
Number | At least one number. |
Special character | At least one character that is not a letter or number. |
Strength score | At least 3 out of 4. Common or easily guessed passwords are rejected even when every rule above is met. |
As you type, a strength meter checks off each requirement and shows your current score. If any requirement is unmet the change cannot be saved, and the error message tells you which one failed.
*Note: A passphrase made of several unrelated words plus a number and a symbol will clear the score requirement far more easily than a short, complicated-looking password.
If You Sign In With SSO
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), the Security section is not available to you and AdQuick does not store a password for your account.
Change your password through your company's identity provider instead. Your name and profile picture can still be updated from Settings as described above.
