How To Manage Users On Your Account

Add colleagues, set them as Admin or Standard, and remove access — all from Settings → Organization → Team.

Written by Zachary Cuva

Your account can have as many colleagues on it as you need. Adding them yourself is faster than asking AdQuick to do it, and it means each person gets their own login rather than sharing one.

Where To Find It

  1. Click your profile in the top-right of the page.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Under Organization, choose Team.

The page is headed Team and reads "Manage your team members." Everyone on your account is listed there, with your own row marked You.

What Else Is In Settings

The same area holds the rest of your account's configuration, split in two:

Section

Holds

User

Profile and Security — your own details and password. These affect only you.

Organization

Team, Advertisers, Media Owners, Billing and Data Sources — settings shared by everyone on the account.

Adding Someone

  1. Click Add Member.

  2. Enter their details and choose their role.

They receive an email invitation and set their own password, so you never handle it for them.

Until they accept, their row shows as a pending invite. From there you can Resend Invite if it never arrived, or Remove to withdraw it.

Admins And Standard Members

Each member has a role, set when you add them and changed from the dropdown on their row.

Role

What they can do

Admin

Everything a Standard member can, plus manage the team — add members, change roles, and remove people.

Standard

Build and run campaigns, browse inventory, and work with plans. Cannot add or remove colleagues.

*Note: Standard is the right role for most people. Reserve Admin for the one or two colleagues who genuinely need to manage who has access.

Removing Someone

The link at the end of a member's row reads Remove for a colleague, and Leave on your own row — which is you leaving the account rather than removing anyone else.

Removing someone revokes their access. Campaigns they created stay on the account.

**Note: Keep at least two Admins on the account. If your only Admin leaves or is away, nobody can add members or change roles until AdQuick intervenes.

If You Cannot Change Anything

Everyone on the account can open Team and see who is on it. Only Admin members can make changes — if you have no Add Member button and the roles show as plain text rather than dropdowns, your role is Standard.

Ask an Admin on your account, or your AdQuick representative, to make the change or to promote you.

If Someone Cannot Log In

Check they still appear in Team and that their email address is spelled correctly. If their invitation never arrived, use Resend Invite rather than adding them a second time — duplicate accounts cause confusion over which campaigns belong to whom.

Anyone who has already set a password can reset it themselves from the login page. They can also change it under SettingsSecurity.
