Getting into the platform, and getting your team in with you, works like this.
Creating an account
Sign up directly on the AdQuick site, or your AdQuick contact can provision your account and send credentials; both paths land in the same place. No media commitment is required to have an account and explore.
Adding teammates
Each team member should have their own login rather than sharing credentials; individual accounts keep plan edits, approvals, and communications attributable, which matters once real money moves. Teammates are added to your organization's account so everyone works from the same campaigns and plans.
Access for clients and external partners
For agencies: clients can be granted their own scoped access (seeing their campaigns and reporting, not your whole book), or kept out of the platform entirely with everything delivered through exports and shared views; your choice per client.
Sharing without a login
Proposals, plans, and reports can be shared as exports or view links so stakeholders can review without accounts; useful for approvers who will look exactly once. Whether a shared campaign link opens without a login is controlled per campaign, so ask your AdQuick contact to enable open viewing on anything going to an approver outside your team.
Locked out or missing access?
Password resets are self-serve from the login page; access questions (wrong organization, missing campaigns, permission changes) go to your AdQuick contact or platform support and are quick fixes.
One account, multiple businesses?
Agencies and multi-brand operators can structure accounts to separate clients or brands cleanly; ask your AdQuick team to set up the structure before campaigns pile up in one bucket.
