Vendors who manage their inventory on AdQuick and have Installer users on the platform can access the Work Orders application. Work orders become available to an Installer once a vendor user assigns creative and work orders to them.
Step 1: Receive The Work Order Email
Once your team has booked a campaign and associated creative assets to each location, you receive an email containing the work order and posting details.
Step 2: Open The Work Order
Click the link in the email, or sign in to AdQuick.com from your mobile web browser.
*Note: Chrome is recommended for the best experience in the field.
Step 3: View The Work Order Dashboard
All Incomplete Work Order campaigns appear on your main dashboard. Each campaign card includes:
Advertiser name
Campaign name
Posting dates
Number of postings, and postings remaining
Use Open to view work order details, or select Complete once all postings are finished.
Step 4: Review Work Order Details
Open the work order to view:
Unit ID number
Location name and address
Posting dates
Image of the creative to be posted
You can toggle between:
POP Missing — locations without proof of posting
Uploaded — locations with proof uploaded
All Units — every location, for quick review
Step 5: Upload Proof Of Posting
On mobile:
Tap the Camera icon.
Select Photo Library. On iOS you can choose Photo Library, Take Photo, or Files.
If prompted, allow your browser to access your camera and photos.
Take new photos, or upload existing images, as proof of posting.
*Note: If you previously denied camera or photo access, your browser will not ask again. Re-enable it in your browser's site settings for AdQuick.com, then reload the page.
On desktop:
Click Photo Library to open your computer's file manager.
Select the images to upload.
*Note: Prepare and save all images beforehand for a faster upload.
Completing The Work Order
Once proof of posting is uploaded for every location, select Complete on the campaign card. The installer work order process is then finished.
