Here's the full lifecycle of an AdQuick campaign, and what you own versus what AdQuick handles at each step.
Step 1: Define the campaign
Set your markets, dates, budget, and objective. You don't need to commit to launch a plan; you can build campaigns purely to ballpark budgets, impressions, and available placements. A campaign can contain multiple markets, formats, and creatives, or you can split lines of business into separate campaigns for cleaner reporting.
Step 2: Build or receive a plan
Browse and select units yourself, or have your AdQuick team build a proposal against your brief. Plans show unit-level pricing, impressions, and photos, and can be revised through as many rounds as you need. Holds can be placed on units you're serious about while approvals happen.
Step 3: Contract
One contract covers every unit and media owner in the plan. Signature is electronic, and booking is confirmed with each media owner once signed.
Step 4: Creative
Upload artwork against each unit's spec. The platform flags spec mismatches, and creative deadlines are tied to your launch dates: digital creative is due five business days before launch for media owner content approval, while standard printed formats need roughly two weeks from creative submission for production and shipping, and airports and complex transit executions need three to four. AdQuick coordinates creative approval with each media owner. See the creative deadlines article for the full breakdown by format.
Step 5: Launch and verification
AdQuick coordinates printing, shipping, and installation for static units and playout scheduling for digital. As units go live, proof of posting (photos or playout logs) appears in your campaign dashboard.
Step 6: Reporting and measurement
Track delivered impressions and, if configured, attribution results (foot traffic, web lift, brand lift) in the dashboard throughout the flight.
Who does what?
Self-serve: you handle steps 1, 2, and 4; AdQuick always handles vendor coordination, booking mechanics, and verification. Managed: your account team handles planning, optimization, and creative trafficking with you approving at each gate. Most customers mix the two, and you can change modes between campaigns.
