Once inventory is booked, the campaign's creative work begins. The Creatives tab covers all of it, from supplying artwork to collecting evidence that it ran.
The Four Sections
They follow the order the work actually happens in.
Section | What happens there |
Upload | You supply the artwork for your booked units. |
Review | Artwork is checked against each unit before production. |
Proofs | Design proofs, so you can confirm how the creative will appear before it is printed or scheduled. |
POPs | Proof of posting — photographs showing your creative live in market. |
*Note: Your account may not have all four. Each section is separately permissioned, so a shorter set is normal rather than a fault.
Proofs Versus POPs
These two are easily confused and sit at opposite ends of the campaign.
A proof comes before the campaign runs. It shows what the creative will look like, so problems are caught while they are still cheap to fix.
A POP comes after installation. It is photographic evidence the creative actually ran, and it is usually what a client wants at the end of a campaign.
The Creative Timeline
Units are booked, and each gets an artwork deadline.
You upload creative for those units.
Artwork is reviewed and approved or rejected.
Proofs confirm how it will appear.
The campaign goes live.
POPs arrive as evidence it ran.
**Note: Artwork deadlines matter. The campaign grid has a Design Asset Due Date column — add it and you can see every deadline across the campaign at once, which is far more reliable than tracking them per unit.
