POP does not always arrive on its own. Where a unit has run but no proof has come back, you can request it — and this is something your account can do directly rather than going through AdQuick.
Requesting It
Open the campaign and go to Creatives → POPs.
Find the units with no proof against them.
Trigger a request for the missing POP.
The request goes to the media owner responsible for those units.
Timing Matters More Here Than Anywhere
POP can only be photographed while the creative is up. Once a campaign comes down, a proof that was never taken cannot be produced.
So a POP chase is genuinely time-limited, unlike most follow-ups:
Check within the first week of units going live.
Request anything missing straight away rather than at the campaign's end.
Check again mid-flight, particularly on long campaigns.
*Note: A client asking for POP after a campaign has ended is the worst time to discover it was never collected. Nothing can be done about it at that point, which is why the first-week check is worth building into your routine.
Finding The Gaps
The POPs section shows which units have proof and which do not. On a large campaign, compare against your booked units — every booked unit that has run should have POP against it.
Digital units sometimes work differently from static ones, since a screen carrying rotating creative is not photographed the same way as a printed board. If digital POP looks thin, ask rather than assuming it is missing.
