Proof of performance — POP — is photographic evidence that your creative was installed and ran. It is usually the final deliverable on a campaign, and often what a client remembers you by.
Find it under Creatives → POPs.
What POP Covers
Installation photographs showing your creative in place.
Posted dates, recording when each unit went live.
Takedown dates, recording when it came down.
Together these evidence that the campaign delivered what was booked.
Downloading POP
POP can be downloaded for sharing with a client, and posted details can be downloaded separately as a record of dates rather than images.
There is also a POP export in the campaign's export panel, which is the better route when you want a single report rather than individual files.
When POP Arrives
POP comes in after installation, so it accumulates through the campaign rather than appearing all at once. On a staggered campaign, some units will have POP while others are still going up.
*Note: Do not wait until the campaign ends to look. Checking POP as it arrives means a missing or poor photograph can be chased while the creative is still live — once a campaign is down, a missed POP cannot be recreated.
What Good POP Looks Like
Worth checking rather than assuming, because you will be passing these to a client:
The creative is legible in the photograph.
The site is identifiable — enough context to see where it is.
It is the right unit. Mix-ups happen on large campaigns.
It is the right creative, particularly where several versions ran.
If a photograph is unusable, request it again rather than passing it on. A poor POP reads to a client as a poorly run campaign, whatever the reality.
