A campaign's total can include an AdQuick fee on top of the media cost. This article covers where to find what applies to you, and where it shows up on a campaign.
*Note: Fees are set by your agreement with AdQuick, so the rates that apply to your account are not something this help centre can state. The two places below show you yours.
Your Account's Fees
Go to Manage → Fees. This is the record of what applies to your account.
If the page is not available to you, it is limited to account admins — ask a colleague who is one, or your AdQuick representative.
Fees On A Campaign
On the campaign grid, the column Total Client Cost (w/ AdQuick Fee) shows the client-facing total inclusive of the fee. That is the figure to reconcile against what you invoice.
Compare it against the media cost columns and the difference is the fee applied to that unit.
Add that column to your grid if it is not already visible — it is the clearest view of what a campaign actually costs your client.
What Fees Can Apply To
A fee is not necessarily applied to everything. Depending on your agreement it can apply to the media cost alone, or also to production and installation costs.
This is worth understanding before you quote a client, because a plan heavy on printed media carries more production cost — and if your fee applies to production too, the difference is material.
Your Fees page and your agreement are the authority on which costs are included.
If The Total Looks Wrong
Before assuming an error:
Check Total Client Cost (w/ AdQuick Fee) rather than a media cost column — the two are meant to differ.
Check your Fees page for what should be applied.
Check whether production and installation costs are included in the fee under your agreement.
If the numbers still do not reconcile, raise it with your AdQuick representative before checking out. A discrepancy is much easier to resolve before the buy is committed.
