Attachments give media owners the context a set of dates and formats cannot. A brief, a creative mock-up or a spec sheet usually produces better proposals than the request on its own.
Uploading A File
Open the Attachments step.
Under Files, drag your file onto the upload area — it reads "Drop your file here or Browse" — or click Browse to pick one.
What You Can Upload
Limit | Detail |
File types | PDF, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, CSV, XLS and XLSX. |
How many | Up to five files per campaign. |
*Note: If you have more than five documents, combine them into a single PDF rather than choosing between them. One well-organised brief is also easier for a media owner to work from than five separate files.
Adding Notes
Below the files is a Supplier Notes field. Use it for anything that does not warrant a document — a restriction on locations, a creative constraint, or context on what the campaign is for.
Notes and files both reach the media owners you include on the campaign, so keep anything confidential out of them.
What To Include
The attachments that most improve the proposals you get back:
A brief covering the campaign objective and the audience.
Creative dimensions or mock-ups, if the creative is already designed.
Any location restrictions — categories or neighbourhoods to avoid.
Files save as they upload, and can be removed at any time while the campaign is still a draft.
