How To Choose And Save Grid Columns

Pick which columns your campaign grid shows, how your preference differs from the organisation default, and useful column sets.

Written by Zachary Cuva

The grid has far more columns than fit on a screen, so choosing which ones you see is what makes it usable. Your choice is remembered, so you only set it up once.

Choosing Your Columns

  1. Open the campaign grid.

  2. Click the settings button above the grid to open Grid Columns.

  3. Use Search Grid Columns to find a column by name, or scroll the list.

  4. Turn columns on or off, then save.

Searching is much faster than scrolling. Type "cost" or "date" and you get straight to the group you want.

Your Columns Versus Your Organisation's

Level

What it controls

Your preference

Set from the grid itself. Affects only what you see, and does not change the view for colleagues.

Organisation default

Set under SettingsOrganizationGrid Columns, by an admin. Sets the starting point for everyone on the account.

*Note: If you are an admin setting the organisation default, keep it lean. It is the first thing every new colleague sees, and a grid with sixty columns is harder to learn from than one with twelve.

Useful Column Sets

Rather than one set for everything, switch depending on the task:

  • Reviewing value — Unit name, Market, Size, Screen Type, Weekly Impressions, CPM.

  • Chasing holds — Unit name, Vendor, Vendor Status, Workflow State, Hold Expires At.

  • Getting creative ready — Unit name, Size, Screen Type, Design Asset Due Date, Start Date.

  • Checking data quality — Face ID, Unit name, Weekly Impressions, CPM, and anything you expect to be populated.

Because your preference is saved per campaign, you can leave a campaign set up for whatever stage it is at.
