How To Add Contacts To Email Notifications

Managed Vendor admins can attach an assistant to a user so that teammate is CC'd on the platform emails that user receives.

You can configure a teammate to be CC'd (carbon copied) on the platform-generated email notifications another user receives. On AdQuick these CC'd teammates are called assistants.

*Note: This feature is available to Managed Vendor accounts, and only to users with the Admin role. If you do not see a Users option in your top navigation bar, your account does not have access — contact AdQuick support and we can help.

Adding a CC'd Contact

  1. Click Users in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click the name of the user who currently receives the email notifications.

  3. In the Assistants section, enter the Name and Email of the person who should be CC'd on that user's emails.

  4. Click Add.

The assistant will now automatically receive copies of all applicable email notifications.

What To Expect

  • If the CC'd contact is not already a user on AdQuick, a new user profile is created automatically and added to your account.

  • The new user is not sent a password. To log in for the first time they should go to the login page and select Forgot your password? to set up their credentials.

  • Assistants are attached to a specific user, not to the account as a whole. To have a teammate CC'd on several people's emails, add them as an assistant to each of those users.

Removing an Assistant

In the same Assistants section, delete the assistant you no longer want CC'd and confirm when prompted.

Removing an assistant stops the copied emails. It does not delete that person's user profile.
