How To Create A Booked Flight

Go to the Inventory page.

Use the available filters to identify units you want to include in the flight.

Click the checkboxes to select one or more units from the filtered list.

Click Actions in the top navigation bar.
​

Select Add Flights from the dropdown menu.
​

In the Flight Type field, select Booked.
​

If no advertiser exists in the dropdown, click Add New Advertiser.

Type the advertiser name and click Create Advertiser.

You can then select the new or existing advertiser from the dropdown.

In the Campaign field, choose an existing campaign or type a new campaign name.

Click Create to confirm the new campaign.

Select the appropriate Account Manager from the dropdown list.
​

Click Start Date and select a date from the calendar.

Choose an End Date manually or use the duration buttons to auto-select the end date.

Add a 4-Week Price if applicable.
​

Click Save to create the booked flight for the selected units.
