The Global Filters Bar makes it easy to sort and manage your inventory across AdQuick.
The Global Filters Bar appears on nearly every AdQuick page for both buyers and sellers.The more complete your inventory data is, the more powerful and useful these filters become.
Where to Find the Filters
You’ll see the Global Filters Bar across the top of your Browse and Inventory pages. Media owners using AdQuick’s Charting and Proposal tools will also find filters in their campaigns under the Summary, Map, Grid, and Designs pages.
What Filters Do
Filters apply conditions to your inventory and return only the units that match those parameters. While many are straightforward, some have added functionality worth noting.
Sort
Use the Sort option to organize your inventory in ascending or descending order by the selected parameter.
Face ID: sorts alphabetically or numerically.
Size: sorts by total area.
Other parameters follow similar logic.
Filter by Face ID
The Filter by Face ID field lets you quickly find specific units by their unique ID.
On the Inventory page, this filter is even more flexible — it can also search by location name.
For example, entering “I-95” will return any units with “I-95” in their location name.
Date
The Date filter is available to media owners managing their availability on AdQuick.
Selecting a date range will return only units that have available space during that period.
Size
The Size filter lists only the unit sizes available in your inventory. Choose a size to display units that match those dimensions.
Attributes
Attributes act like custom keywords for your inventory.
They can describe:
OOH environments
On-site retailers
Package groupings
You can edit attributes from the second tab of the unit edit modal to improve searchability.
Advertiser + Campaign
Use this filter to view:
Units you’ve proposed in the past, or
Units booked on specific campaigns.
This filter only appears for media owners using Charting and Proposal features.
