The Campaigns Index

How to read the campaign cards on your Campaigns page, and what the star and three-dot controls do.

Written by Zachary Cuva

The Campaigns page lists every campaign you have access to, newest activity first. Each campaign is a card summarising its dates, spend and inventory, so you can scan the list without opening anything.

Starting A New Campaign

Click New campaign in the top-right of the page. This takes you straight into the campaign planner.

If you have no campaigns yet, the page shows a Create a Campaign button in the middle instead.

Reading A Campaign Card

Section

What it shows

Advertiser

The advertiser the campaign belongs to.

Dates

The campaign's flight dates.

Markets

Every market the campaign covers.

Price

Sub Total, Production and Install costs, a Static and Digital split, and an Includes line naming the media formats on the campaign.

Units

Total unit count, then how many are favorited, recommended, available, requested, on holds, and how many views the campaign has had.

The footer of each card shows when the campaign was created and last updated, along with the people assigned to it.

*Note: Favorited and recommended counts refer to individual units inside the campaign, not to the campaign itself. Starring a campaign is separate.

Opening A Campaign

Click the campaign name to open it. You land on the campaign's plan, where its units are shown on a map.

The Card Controls

Two controls sit in the top-right corner of every card:

  • The star marks a campaign for your own reference.

  • The three dots open a menu with Clone campaign, and Archive or Unarchive depending on the campaign's current state.

Clone campaign creates a copy you can edit without touching the original — useful when you are building several versions of the same plan.
