Archiving takes a campaign out of your working list without deleting it. It is the right thing to do with plans that did not go ahead, or old campaigns cluttering your view.
Archiving is reversible, but it does more than tidy your list — read the section below before you archive anything with units on it.
What Archiving Does To Your Units
Archiving a campaign removes its units and releases their availability to other campaigns. Anything you were holding goes back into the pool for other buyers.
If you restore the campaign later, it comes back with the units it had when it was archived. But availability is not guaranteed in the meantime — inventory released by archiving can be taken by someone else while the campaign sits archived.
*Note: If you are only trying to clean up your view of a campaign you still want to hold inventory on, do not archive it.
How To Archive A Campaign
On your Campaigns page, find the campaign you want to archive.
Click the three dots in the top-right of its card.
Choose Archive.
Read the confirmation, then click Archive to proceed.
The campaign disappears from your default list straight away.
How To Find Your Archived Campaigns
Click the Archived filter above your campaign list. The list switches to show only archived campaigns.
Click Archived again, or click Clear, to go back to your live campaigns.
How To Restore A Campaign
Turn on the Archived filter to find the campaign.
Click the three dots in the top-right of its card.
Choose Unarchive.
Confirm by clicking Unarchive.
The campaign returns to your live list along with the units it had when it was archived.
