Work you have already done on one campaign can be moved to another. This saves rebuilding a plan when you are producing several versions, running a second flight, or splitting one brief into separate campaigns.
Copying Units
Filter to the units you want, if that helps narrow things.
Draw a shape around them on the map.
Under Organize, choose Copy Units.
Search for and select the destination campaign.
The units are added to that campaign. Your current campaign is unchanged — this copies rather than moves.
Copying Units With Their Tags
Copy Units + Tags does the same thing but carries your tags across as well.
Use it when the tags carry real meaning you would otherwise have to recreate — market labels, client approvals, campaign phases. If your tags are specific to the campaign you are copying out of, the plain Copy Units keeps the destination cleaner.
Copying POIs
Copy POIs moves the points of interest inside your shape to another campaign, rather than the units.
This is the one people overlook. If you built a careful store list on one campaign, copying the POIs to the next campaign is far quicker than importing the file again — and it guarantees both campaigns are working from an identical list.
What To Check Afterwards
Copying brings the units across, but the destination campaign has its own dates, budget and settings. Worth confirming:
Availability. A unit confirmed available for one campaign's dates is not necessarily available for another's.
Pricing. Prices are tied to flight length, so a different duration will price differently.
Requests. Copying does not carry over holds or requests. Anything you had secured on the original has to be requested again on the new campaign.
*Note: Check the unit count at the top of the draw panel before copying. There is no undo — a copy into the wrong campaign has to be removed from that campaign by hand.
