Favoriting is how you shortlist units inside a campaign. It is the fastest way to build a working set out of a large plan without removing anything you might still want.
Favoriting One Unit
Click the heart icon on a unit — it appears both on the unit's card in the sidebar and inside the unit's detail view.
Click it again to unfavorite. The change saves immediately.
Favoriting Many At Once
To shortlist a whole area, use the draw tool:
Filter to the units you are considering.
Draw a shape around them on the map.
Under Curate, click Favorite.
Unfavorite in the same section clears them again, so a selection that turns out to be wrong is easy to undo.
Finding Your Favorites Again
Your campaign card shows a favorited count, so you can see at a glance how far through a shortlist you are.
On the Plan tab, the filter bar can also exclude favorited units — which sounds backwards but is genuinely useful. It shows you only what you have not yet considered, so a long review does not mean scrolling past decisions you have already made.
The grid has a Favorited column too, which is the easier way to see your shortlist against price and impressions at the same time.
How Teams Use It
Favoriting is a shortlist, not a booking. Nothing is requested, held or sent to a media owner when you favorite a unit.
A common way to work through a big plan:
Review units market by market in the sidebar, favoriting anything plausible.
Use exclude favorited units to make sure nothing was missed.
Work from the shortlist when deciding what to request or hold.
*Note: If you need several distinct groupings rather than one shortlist — by client, by phase, by priority — tags will serve you better than favorites, because you can have as many tags as you like.
