A campaign can hold hundreds or thousands of units. The filter bar is how you get from all of them to the handful you need to act on, and it narrows the map, the unit sidebar and the grid together.
Filters combine, so you can reach something specific in a few clicks — every available digital unit from one vendor, for instance.
Availability
The most useful filter, and the one to learn first. It tracks where each unit has got to in the process of being secured.
State | Meaning |
All Units | No availability filter applied. |
Not Requested | You have not yet asked the media owner about this unit. |
Available | Confirmed available for your dates. |
Unavailable | The media owner has confirmed it cannot be used for your dates. |
Refresh Requested | You have asked for its availability to be checked again. |
Hold Requested | You have asked for a hold and are waiting on a response. |
On Hold | Held for you. This is what you want before booking. |
Backup Hold | Held behind someone else's hold — yours if theirs falls away. |
Hold Unavailable | A hold was requested but could not be granted. |
Hold Expired | A hold you had has lapsed. Worth reviewing regularly — expired holds are the most common way units quietly leave a plan. |

Attribution | Whether a unit supports attribution measurement. |
*Note: Your filter bar shows only what applies to your account, so it may not include every filter listed here.
Excluding Rather Than Including
Several toggles work the other way round, hiding units instead of isolating them. They are the fastest way to clear noise out of a large plan:
Exclude favorited units — see only what you have not yet shortlisted.
Exclude packages — hide bundled units and look at individual ones.
On hold only — reduce the plan to what you have actually secured.
Hide inaccurate prices — drop units whose pricing is not reliable.
Filters And Bulk Actions
Filters and the draw tool work together. Filter first, then draw a shape on the map, and the bulk action applies only to units matching both your filter and your shape.
This is the safest way to make a large change — narrow to exactly what you mean, confirm the count looks right, then act.
**Note: Whichever view you are in, the filter applies to all of them. Filter in the sidebar and the grid narrows too, so you can switch between them without losing your place.
