Mobile billboards (trucks carrying your ad through routes you choose) are OOH's most controllable format geographically, and its fastest to deploy for events.
The formats
LED digital box trucks: Three-sided digital screens, your creative running exclusively; the premium mobile format.
Curved LED trucks: A seamless wraparound screen that supports 3D creative effects, available in major metros.
Static mobile billboards: Two-sided printed creative on a purpose-built billboard truck; lower cost, strong daytime visibility.
Wrapped delivery trucks: Working last-mile delivery vehicles wrapped with your brand while they run their normal routes through neighborhoods and town centers.
The defining feature: route control
Unlike every fixed format (and unlike taxi fleets, which follow passengers), purpose-built billboard trucks drive the route you specify: circling a convention center during a conference, looping a competitor's headquarters, covering a retail corridor at peak hours, following a parade or event crowd. Routes and schedules are planned with the operator and can be adjusted day to day. Wrapped delivery trucks are the exception; they follow their existing delivery routes, which trades route control for sustained neighborhood presence.
How pricing works
Trucks price per truck per day, with multi-day and multi-truck rates improving the economics. Digital LED trucks price above static. A campaign is defined by four things: number of trucks, number of days, hours per day, and the route plan. Because those combinations vary so widely, truck campaigns are quoted per campaign rather than off a rate card.
Availability and lead times
There's no fixed inventory to reserve, so truck operators are engaged per campaign rather than listed as browsable inventory: tell your AdQuick team which markets and dates you need and availability gets confirmed from there.
How much runway you need depends on the format. Digital trucks can move quickly, since there's nothing to print and creative goes straight to the screen. Printed formats (static billboard trucks and wrapped vehicles) need production time like any other printed media, so plan the same runway you would for a static buy. Event weeks are the exception across all formats; local fleets book out for major conferences and festivals, so reserve early for known dates.
Verification
Truck campaigns come with GPS route logs and photo documentation, so you can verify the route actually driven against the route planned.
