The Global Inventory Filter Bar

What each filter in the Global Inventory Filter Bar does, where it appears, and which ones are specific to media owners using Charting and Proposals.

Written by Zachary Cuva

The Global Inventory Filter Bar sorts and narrows your inventory across AdQuick. It appears on nearly every page, for buyers and sellers alike. The more complete your inventory data is, the more useful these filters become.

Where To Find It

Across the top of your Browse and Inventory pages. Media owners using AdQuick's Charting and Proposal tools also get filters inside campaigns, on the Summary, Map, Grid, and Designs pages.

Sort

Orders your inventory ascending or descending by the parameter you pick. Face ID sorts alphabetically or numerically; Size sorts by total area; the rest follow the same logic.

Filter By Face ID

Finds specific units by their unique ID. On the Inventory page it does more — it also matches location names, so entering I-95 returns every unit with "I-95" in its location name.

Date

Available to media owners managing availability on AdQuick. Pick a date range and only units with available space in that period are returned.

Size

Lists only the sizes that actually exist in your inventory. Choose one to see units matching those dimensions.

Attributes

Custom keywords on your inventory. They can describe OOH environments, on-site retailers, or package groupings. Edit them from the second tab of the unit edit modal — the more you add, the more findable your units are.

Advertiser And Campaign

Shows units you have proposed in the past, or units booked on specific campaigns. This filter only appears for media owners using Charting and Proposal features.

More

The More menu on the right side of the bar holds additional quality and data-based filters — units missing photos, cannabis-friendly inventory, and other specialized conditions. This is the fastest way to find gaps in your own data.
