The Plan tab is where you shape the buy. The Manage tab is where you execute it — approaching media owners, securing inventory, and handling the paperwork.
Open it from the campaign's tab row, and a second row of sections appears beneath.
The Sections
Section | What it is for |
Edit | Change the campaign's dates, locations, formats and other settings after it has been created. |
Units | The workhorse. Select units and act on them in bulk — request holds and availability, adjust dates and pricing, mark them booked. |
Send RFPs | Send requests to media owners, whether or not any went out when the campaign was created. |
Requests | Track what you have asked for and what has come back. |
Contracts | Generate and manage the paperwork for booked inventory. |
Files | Documents attached to the campaign. |
Overview | A summary view of the campaign. |
Strategy | The thinking behind the campaign, kept alongside the buy itself. |
Attachments | Briefs and other files shared with media owners. |
*Note: Your Manage tab shows only the sections your account can reach, so yours may be shorter than this list.
Plan Or Manage?
A rough division that holds up in practice:
Use Plan while you are still deciding which units you want — filtering, tagging, favoriting, removing.
Use Manage once you know, and need to get them — requesting, holding, booking, contracting.
Both act on the same campaign, so nothing is lost by moving between them.
The Usual Order Of Work
Build the plan on the Plan tab.
Send RFPs to the media owners you want to work with.
Watch responses arrive under Requests.
Request holds on what you want, from Units.
Mark held units as booked once agreed.
Handle Contracts.
