Media owners are the companies that own the inventory in your plan. This step decides who receives your request when you create the campaign, so it is worth a careful look before you finish.
Included And Excluded
The panel splits into two lists:
Included — will receive your request.
Excluded — will not, but stay listed so you can add them back.
If nothing has been added yet, the panel reads "No media owners added yet."
Adding A Media Owner
Open the Media Owners step.
Type into Search and add media owners.
Add the ones you want from the results.
Removing And Excluding
Each media owner in the Included list has a button to take them off the request. An included media owner shows Remove; an excluded one shows Exclude, letting you move them between the two lists.
Excluding is the better choice when you know you do not want to work with a media owner on this campaign but want a record of the decision.
Choosing Who Gets The Request
Media owners with known contacts on AdQuick list them beneath their name, with each person's name and email address. Select which contacts should receive your request.
This matters at larger media owners, where the right regional salesperson will respond faster than a general mailbox.
*Note: If a media owner has no contacts listed, they can still be included — AdQuick routes the request for you.
Creating A Campaign Without Sending Anything
To build a plan now and approach media owners later, remove every media owner from the Included list before you create the campaign. With none included, nothing is sent.
You can send requests whenever you are ready from Manage → Send RFPs inside the campaign, so nothing is lost by waiting.
